Practical information

The Forum will be held at Novotel and Ibis in Cotonou (Benin)
from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 November 2023.

 

Beginners:

November 14 (9 am to 5 pm)

 

The 14th is reserved for African Beginners, participants who have come to learn the fundamentals of customer experience and service.

6 Master Classes and conferences are planned, led by leading specialists in the relevant subjects.

BEG rate : one day, meals included : 800 euros*

​

Beginners can also register for the entire event (from November 14 to 16) : 2200 euros* (seminar days, accommodation, excluding flights)

 

ABPOF participants:

from 14 (evening) to 16 November evening

​

The 15th and 16th are reserved for brands and participants from Europe and Africa, who will attend conferences and Master Classes led by sponsors, specialists and will visit local facilities.

Representatives of Governments and local institutions involved in hosting BPO specialists will be present.

ABPOF rate : from Tuesday evening to Thursday evening, accommodation included, excluding flights, airport/hotel shuttle for participants traveling with the group : 1800 euros*

 

Non-sponsor speakers :

from 14 (evening) to 16 November evening

 

The organizer will invite specialistsand publishers who are not sponsors of the Africa BPO Forum to come and present their products and services. Half a day will be reserved for them.

The Paris-Cotonou direct flight pack (travelling with the group and airport/hotel shuttle) can be added to the above rates : 800 euros*

 

 

The number of registrations is limited. Registrations are considered valid after full payment of the registration fee.
